While it's good of Seeking Alpha to provide these transcripts free of charge we get what we pay for in that the transcripts are put together by people who don't know a lot about the companies being discussed, the terminology, and the acronyms etc. Occasionally you'll come across a line or paragraph that's just gibberish. But, it beats listening to faceless corporate execs droning on about how wonderfully everything they are doing is working.
I have not read it yet; but I always like with all retailers when same store sales are down it is always related to the weather, economy etc. when comp sales are good it is always what they did.
