Chris K wouldnt know a “core customer” if he saw one. This is simply a disguise to implement more DISCOUNTING. And the operator lemmings in the field and at OPNAD will eagerly sign on to please their corporate masters, in spite of the unprofitable nature of the programs.

He has done nothing to keep operating costs down, the only initiatives McD's have all increase labor. NBRES mostly just adds capital expense with no ROI just nice to do stuff. Raising service fees just shows leadership is doing nothing to control costs within the restaurants.

We have to stop Chris. He continues to go public with things that hurt us. He is effectively getting our customers to stop coming to us because they think we are gauging them.
The man needs to SHUT UP.

First Chris K offends a grieving black chicago mother, then he gets into a feud with the chicago mayor. Now he is undermining his franchisees. WHEN WILL THE MCD BOARD SHUT THIS GUYS MOUTH?

No problem…we can just continue give away more food on the mobile app. Promo line is now hovering aroumd 4.6 percent and nobody in leadership says a word!
