Will It Happen in Vegas?

Apparently some people want to talk about the Las Vegas meeting, so here's a place to do so.

we need a bigger boycott then just the dozens I have read or heard
we need hundreds & hundreds to protest
HE & the other are not my leaders & definitely do not share my / our
values

I / WE are not done yet - do not - do not. do not - DO NOT
send your TEAM to VEGAS either - to listen to
to the lies they will be telling about our BRAND

talk with your friends about this - even talk with operators than you
MIGHT not always talk with - STAND UNITED OR STAND BY YOURSELF
they are trying to separate us

look what they did this week - terminate
by ZOOM ????????? unbelievable
take a pay cut & stay on COME ON MAN
(JOE BIDEN)

DONE EXCEPT 100’s OF OPERATORS
STAY STRONG & STAY HOME & 1000’s
OF YOUR TEAM STAY HOME

we all know MCD monitors this sight
pass this on to your very sad leaders you
have

HAPPY EASTER

The only way a boycott will happen is if endorsed by NOA and then supported by NFLA.

NFLA will never support it. they have no spine. Want proof? see below

Archways betrayal- McCafe in supermarkets was supposed to fund it
Rent&Service fees on 3PO Delivery Fees- not supposed to happen
PACE
New franchising requirements/rules
Tech fee- PROVEN we didnt owe it yet we still paid part of it
Sole sourcing-Company kickback mechanisms
Cancelled US GR meeting in DC
VOICE scores used in Franchising Decisions

Im sure there are many more. wake up people. NFLA is not independent. MCD pays all their bills and dictates the rules. What have you gotten for your $75 per store? NOTHING. How was it even spent?

Sadly I must agree with the above. NFLA has drank the Kool aid of corp

NOA can have its own separate meeting in Las Vegas. When the MCD session opens, all of the franchise owners stand up and walk over to the NOA meeting that starts 20 minutes later.

If you want to send a signal, that is the way to do it.

Make sure that you invite a few stock analysts that follow MCD (most upgraded the stock since the new reorg, BTW). They need to witness it and will report on it.

It needs to be orchestrated and dramatic. It will work.

Just Boycott. I do not want to pay a meeting fee to just walk to another room. We know McDonald's makes money on these meeting, please don't give them an additional revenue stream. They will be hounding the BU Meetings to get free meeting space and time on the Operators Dime. Say no to adding them to the agendas. In fact start charging meeting fees to no-members of the BU. Areas with no McOpCo's should charge staff to attend just like they charge us for meetings. Look what the Corporation is charging for HU....Really our Franchise Agreement states HU is the cost of the Corporation. Why are we charged for any costs other then wage and travel as outlined in the same Franchise Agreement. What happens to Regional Classes, going to get to pay fees there too??? Hearing some areas are already paying meeting room fees etc. Make them stop charging.

Care for your people.

No more 24 hours.

Close Thanksgiving, After 11AM breakfast only.

Close 7PM, CHRISTMAS EVE

CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY, late open 7AM on the 26th.

Close early NEW YEARS EVE 7PM, late open New Years Day 7AM.

The entire system, around the world.

Otherwise, save your dues.

If you can't do that for your people, as a system... you cant achieve anything more complicated.

Note ANY operator that crosses that threshold. For its your fellow operators who stab the others in the back.

You can OPNAD this, or NFLA that... but they are all 'operator led, and approved", right?

IF the company can cancel the DC meeting because we aren't aligned. I think we can cancel the Vegas meeting due to the same argument.
