I’d sarcastically say that I guess we should all look for that reduction to service fees? I still feel strongly how shameful it was during COVID that McDonalds continued to collect service fees albeit them being deferred. No Operator actually saw anyone in their restaurants during this period yet still nary an adjustment was made. It’s just an issue that will never be taken on by the NOA/NFLA it seems. The bottom line is service continues to be reduced but the Operators never derive the benefit as we pay the same percentage on more and more sales.

great point. it looks like MCD SLT is looking to piss off their own fellow coworkers.. not just franchisees.. welcome to the club corp folks.

Typical GREED by the McD SET and the Board. Major cost cuts, layoffs, etc to drive up short term profits and the stock price, while multiplying the wealth of McD execs and senior leadership exponentially.

As a long-term McD owner it seems like they reorganize the company few two or three years. I wonder if the corporate employees ever feel job secure.

I wonder when they’ll “reorganize” our franchise terms to 10yrs or less.

Chris K's vision is simple, make stock price rise and take my golden parachute and laugh all day long.
