In cases where there is proposed legislation that targets MCD or the industry with inaccurate statements then elected officials should understand that we are "Political" very political in that we will generously help those who help us. We will bring franchisee's, suppliers, ad agencies, the company and others to explain our position. Our goal would be fairness to all concerned. The old adage of "walk softly but carry a huge stick" get involved where it is good judgement to do so.
