We can only hope that investors see the folly in this and start dumping Mcd stock now. A drop in the stock price may be the only way Chicago will take operators seriously.

Once again, where are the BOD in these matters? More turmoil, bad publicity, poor communication, on and on. These are clear symptoms of poor management. There is no question about that. Chris K. is an "egg head" with zero people skills. It is only going to get worse. MCD has always been one of the most respected companies in the world. Today, we look like a bunch of immature students trying to look important. Were it not for the underlying value of MCD real estate (Thank you Harry Sonnobourn)we would be down for the count and little Lord Fauntleroy would be blaming the operators.

Methinks the BOD is trying to save their own reputations - see next posted article.

Are the new fees disclosed in the FDD?

If not that’s a serious issue.
