From the Interview "One of the factors that impacted the company’s bottom line for the quarter was 12 million free meals it donated to frontline workers" Guess he just realized it costs money and hurts profits to give away free food?

How clueless is he on masks? "that is where we encourage our crew to call law enforcement and let them deal with it." Probably 80% of the country and all urban areas that would not go over well with the local PD if they even showed up. "Hello I am the manager of McDonald's on .....I would like to report a customer is refusing to put on their mask" Please what world does he live in?

Lies Lies Lies "we haven’t had a single supply break on food, packaging, cleaning materials, etc., Chris in case you did not know we couldn't get sanitizer, soap was rationed, cup carriers, bags have run out and we ran out of sausage he is clueless, clueless & clueless.

McDonald's Corp. has adopted the slogan "Black Lives Matter". But BLM is calling for the defunding of the police departments. So an understaffed, demoralized police department is supposed to enforce McDonald's mask policy?

This is an amazing statement by any corporate CEO:

"My guilty pleasure is tabloid journalism: TMZ, the Daily Mail, Page Six. I can give you the latest and greatest on all the happenings."

These are highly sexualized media outlets serving the interests of the lowest IQs among us.

So while McDonald's Owner/Operators are watching Stuart Varney and Charles Payne on FOX Business and reading the Wall Street Journal the McDonald's CEO is drooling over the latest spat between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as reported by Harvey Levin?

His home DVR is probably recording Jerry Springer.

I just loved how Chris K. called and Explained to the Operators how he missed spoke. “NOT”
Of Course Charlie Strong made that statement for him. I did not him either.

About what did he miss-speak?

Directors are very slow to admit their mistakes. In normal times, with 7/8 months on the job this would be a time to evaluate his leadership. But, with the pandemic, it's impossible to measure results in this weird new world.

Given where we're at we are about two months from a liberal publication stating that "The CEO guided McDonald's through the pandemic".

He miss spoke by saying, we would leave it up to the Police to handle if a customer did not want to wear Mask to come inside.

I am NOT having my Mgrs. Call the Police on something like this.

Because the board is idiots themselves..

You can have a weak board when there strong executive leadership invested in its brand. Not when both the board and executive are weak and unknowledgeable of the brand.

Now, someone will say... but they have other expereince, running other companies..

Id challenge that with, is McDonald's just another company? They have been successful changing MCD into just another business model...

Abandoning all the principals which once made it great.

Whats worse, theres a large percentage of franchisees that dont understand what Im talking about, and a even larger percentage fill operator leadership positions.

I hope the NOA comes out with a slate of approved candidates for upcoming NFLA elected positions. It is past time to get the self serving ,corporate pandering operators out of Leadership positions.

Re: the upcoming elections....I thought current leaders were elected because they weren’t corporate lackeys. What makes you think the next batch will be perceived as the same?

WE need to disband OPNAD. It only exists to protect high cost ad markets and to toe the company line!

Exactly, they consoldidated control at the top.. and realized that marketing never worked. It was Local Store Marketing (LSM) that made MCD great.

Now we have the APP to give everything away. Give operators the OPNAD fee to help defray cost.

Wishful thinking, does anyone know what NOA stands for (or against) today? I know to even ask, seems subversive to them.

Can we get an idiot sheet with some simple principals and agendas of what they either STAND FOR or AGAINST?

I mean, its been more than 3 years just to address the $1 drink, to get a simple, unifying pricing strategy. Understand, I said pricing strategy.. not simply discounting.
