The deferrals will only stay the DEATH sentence for a little while. Because everything that we pay will go up after this is over. Like Bank Fees, Unemployment Insurance and all the things other companies will try to recover.

We are going to need a Rollback of the following fees to stay afloat; for at least 2 months make the following changes Cut Rent by Half, All Service Fees, OpNad by Half and CoOp by 30%. This will give the average Traditional store 40k to weather the storm. I have spent Millions on remodels and I am tapped out.
Now is the Time for McDonald’s to Show the Operators they care about our true Financial Health. They can suspend the Dividend for 1 Qtr and make this happen.
I am Projecting the USA will be Down 23% from March 15 to May 31, when all the smoke clears.
Ok, NOA and NFLA time to earn your keep. I want to hear directly from you what you are doing. Time to stop working on STUFF that does not matter we are going to hurt real BAD. The sky is not Falling yet, but we need REAL help.

< 23% > would be a best-case scenario.

MCD is not likely to embrace much of your plan. After all they have already wasted Millions on a stock buy back to keep the stock price at a high level so their stock options will make them very wealthy while the operator suffers and some go bankrupt. But hey, MCD said on the last earnings call that operators were "wealthy"! According to them we don't need the help.....the partnership is DEAD

23%??? Heck Im down 35% with no end in sight

Suspending Q1 dividend will further tank the stock price. (remember they serve the stockholders, not us). A month ago MCD was trading at $213.92, yesterday it was at $145.85. It is now rated Bearish by Moodys. No way our greedy BOD and Executives give up one penny of their stock value to help the owners. Partners? What Partners?

Why should MCD give us any financial relief? They WIN if we go under. They just step right into our grave, re-open the restaurant on their own property and sell the business to another operator and keep all of the sales proceeds. Rent and service fees continue on with their money train.

Filed reps will just say "lose my number"

Down 43% with lobby partially open - lobby will soon be closed. New remodels and rebuilds, loan payments will sink the operator system. I'm sick at the deafening silence of the NFLA and NOA!

This is another reason why every sane operator should join the NOA. The NOA gets multiple media requests daily on the business, the owners, and the company (NFLA-bought and paid for by MCD is NOT in a position to defy the company in public) Can MCD afford the media learning of the operators plight? ( PR Disaster) The NFLA cant fully advocate for us-the NOA can and does!
$200 a year is a small price to pay to have our voices heard!

PS- If you disbelieve that the NOA gets multiple daily media questions, call the NOAs Mike Donohue!!!

At the current low price, don't be surprised if MCD does another big buyback!

Prior to full shut down , most European McDonald's high-street restaurants were down over 80% ! Drive Thru's will continue to trade at under 45% with only deferred rents .
