I see poster after poster on here discussing possible answers for our Brands Issues. However the McD & Operator Leadership must just be stone deaf to our wants and needs. The Situation: is we are getting slower each in D/T due the Menu. We can not be All Things to All People.The Action: Make All attributes in D/T a proity, by setting us up for success with a menu that can be executed. The Result: Better & Faster D/T’s equals more Sales, more Profits, Happier Operators and ultimately Happier Stockholders.Seems simple to me. I am Calling out Ops Guys like Charlie S, & Charlie R. why have you not called BS on the BBV plan.
