We have some stores selling 150 breakfast products per day after normal breakfast hours. Can it be possible that our customers and the operators knew what they were talking about all these years??
Better sales than expected, but slowing down service and complexity in the kitchen. Long term another issue with lack of simplification.
The REGULAR MENU is STILL far too Big !!!!!
All this hype about ADB and we are (or oak brook is) still obsessed with discounting and selling cheap, unprofitable food. OPNAD is selling us out again.
Remember, though you may be losing money on each discounted product, you'll make it up on volume. And please do not forget McD's product simplification equation: 5-2=7. Modern, progressive and focused on top-line sales.
Now opnad wants to add cheesesticks!
