My accountant figured out that I would have to raise delivery prices by 25% to cover delivery fees, and rent/service fees on the delivery fees. So I did.

Delivery is an issue, but NO ONE even knows what their credit card rates restaurants are paying with normal orders.

Do you mean they are not allowed to know or they don't bother to look at the information?

Perhaps both, but I know several operators asking the question. No one can produce a documented answer. Brother, when I say no one. I mean no one! This should be a standard contract posted on a website available to operators with the rate and service fee.

How about the fact that MCD collects rent and service fees on DELIVERY FEES on the total order?
