$100,000,000,000 achieved at the expense of MCD operators putting billions of dollars into improving MCD EQUITY while diluting the operators own equity.

Hoping that Howard will Tell the TRUE story

Its a gold mine, where corporate shirts get the gold and operators are left with the shaft.

Reminds me of a ditty I find myself humming, "Oh where, oh where has our N O A gone... oh where, oh where, can it be...."

to the above-

The NOA is alive and well and has a extensive agenda for 2020. Want proof? Show up at the NOA meeting Sunday before the WWC in Orlando! EVERY Operator should be a member, are you? And are you recruiting the 25-30% of Operators who are not NOA members to join? Our strength is in our numbers, MCD will not respond to anything else.

PROTECT YOUR EQUITY- JOIN (and support) the NOA

To the operator two above-

The following is a brief outline of NOA 2020 priorities and efforts for Owners-

1) The NOA will research and determine an effective process to place AT LEAST one Owner on the McDonalds Board Of Directors.

2) Have a sit down Meeting with new US President Joe Erlinger before the Feb BLS.

3) NOA to PRIORTIZE the Major Economic Issue of "Single Source Supplier" starting with the persistent concerns with Coca Cola, the lack of competition (and choice) between Seating and Décor suppliers, etc.

4) To engage and advocate for Owners receiving burdensome subpoenas, despite not being defendants in the Deslandes and Turner vs McDonalds Class Action Suit

5) NOA to access survey and engage with Owners to help mitigate or end the inherent culture issues exhibited on retaliation, intimidation ,and retribution that remain prevalent in the System despite new Leadership (of MCD)

6) To support the formation of a formal McDonalds INTERNATIONAL Leadership Council, to advocate for Owners WORLDWIDE

7) Protect , preserve and defend (if necessary) the Owners Equity and profitability

The above is just a brief outline of the NOA 2020 and beyond priorities

Doesnt matter Rich, if thats the agenda, operators are already screwed. Sit downs arent an agenda, unless you plan to give a list of consolidated issues, set reasonable alternatives and establish nearterm deadlines.

Operators are suffering real losses and its been that way for years. The patient is bleeding out NOA, and conferencing on the care that may be needed isnt gonna save it.

Inactive results isnt gonna save the NOA. By design? How sad is ot that we have no clue the agenda for the worlwide thast weeks aways..

Gone are the years of communication, collaberation and cooperation.

I suspect the above comment is from a MCD troll. Any sentient operator knows that the NOA is our last best hope.

As an NOA Operator that have been to each meeting and happily paid both years dues,
I agree with the person that posted; Gone are the years of communication, collaberation and cooperation. They Did not seem like a Troll to me, they spoke the truth.

I need the NOA to work on Actionable things that will change my life, trying to put an Operator on the BOD is an NICE goal but, will not change my life as an Operator. It might make us feel better, but they will not have any real power.

What would change my life is: Dropping Service Fees for Traditional Restaurants under 1.8 million until they get up to 2.2. This would allow these restaurants to be profitable. Maybe push to get rid of some of the Products that doesn’t make since like Tenders.

I need Earthshaking, Mind Blowing advertising, this too would change my life.

Just because someone doesn’t agree with your position doesn’t make them a Troll!!

These are fantastic but there will never be an operator in the Board. There are too many governance issues and conflicts of interest. Even is it happened, the operator would be so hamstrung and could not share anything that happened at a board meeting or subcommittee. He or she might be allowed to talk against stuff, mouth can be ignored even more easily that we are all other meetings already.

5 and 7 are going to require actions that NOA has thus far actively refused to take . If NOA gets #3 it's a win. That I can see happening and it's helpful but cures only a symptom of the underlying problem. Only 5 and 7 can fix that
