3G picked the fight with the wrong dude. Guillermo can't be bullied. He'll have to be bough and the cost will be high. The fact that he hired Zarco tells you all that you need to know.

Zarco has a way of pushing around the biggest players. He is very experienced in our business and very aggressive where it counts. I have him on retainer and it has helped in two important occasion. MCD respects him and would prefer not to deal with him.

There is an "ulterior motive" you think! In almost every conversation I have with McDonald's executives now you never know what their thinking as so many conversations have come back to hurt me; it is a sad time you no longer can have open conversations with corporate folks since McDonald's always has an "ulterior motive" it seems!
