Unfrozen QPCs

USA Pres. - “Over the past two years, we have been listening to our customers and evolving our business to build a better McDonald’s."

Says a guy who knows nothing about running a real McDonald's.

We rolled it out first in the NC area, so we have been on it about 4 months. It taste better and their is a Bunch of Favorable Customer buzz, but it comes with a bunch of negatives, that quite frankly scare the Hell out of me.
1). Can we cook it and serve it fast enough to delight our customers? “So far No”
2). Can every Restaurant do it safely? It only takes one screw up and we are all hurt. “Yet to be seen”
3). Many customers want their beef well done. Once they receive the burger if it looks “possibly” undercooked in anyway, it is a redo and/or a refund. As the owner I have had to replace several that was perfect, only to be informed by the customer they thought it was raw.

My Deepest concern Centers around that we have way to many Priorities in the restaurants to do this one thing well enough to over come the Negatives.

But I have No say - the Operators have No Voice. Thanks Richard
