Management Erasing McDonald's History

Every day there's new evidence that, because management has little history with
McDonald's, they pretend it was all a mistake and they need to "reinvent" the system.

What's amazing is that Libertyville is a suburb north of Chicago (where many rich McDonald's executives live). Apparently, the residents of Libertyville relate more to McDonald's history than the people who run McDonald's Corporation.

It is a travesty that we are removing the Mansard roofs from all our stores. They are a trademark and separate us distinctively from the rest of the QSRs. Modern & Progressive ?? Current management has no appreciation of our history, and is on a mission to PURGE "Legacy" employees and Operators.

In our region all the retro's that have been modernized have been painted a very dark grey, looks ok probably becuase something different but not better than the retro look and probably will not bring addtional sales.

All McDonald's history and culture has to go. They will build a new McDonald's run by people who know nothing about McDonald's.
