Max became an operator at the best time to BE an operator.....with Ray and Fred calling the shots. At that time their business philosophy was "the company is only as strong as its operators". Boy, has that changed over the last 25 years. It may not have been of his choosing, but Max literally got out at the right time. He was a true pioneer. RIP, Max.
