Its about time that our side of the story was told. Would love to witness the immature tantrum Erlinger is going to erupt with when he sees this.

PACE is not helpful. Totally distracting at a time when we are scrambling for people.PACE standards are not clear. And pace rolled out in the US in 2022 NOT 2019 as Mcd lied about

PACE walk thru inspections are very inconsistent. Ever inspector has different expectations. Grading is not uniform. Owners who "play the MCD game (kiss butt)" are judged by a totally different , easier standard.

It is very true that the inspector will deduct points for an issue observed even if it is immediately corrected by management. Another GOTCHA

1000 owners have left the system since 2015. 400 last year alone. What a partnership!!

I cant wait to fill out my NOA member PACE survey. Abuses abound with PACE

Let me see PACE will improve customer satisfaction....they will measure it by OSAT scores and EPB2B since that makes up 50% of the PACE ranking I am sure everyone will be working the numbers to game the system, what a way to run a restaurant business for the analysts in HQ. We'll see what happens in a few years when sales, TCs, and profits are affected.

I know of a organization (not mine) that stops giving out register receipts when they are understaffed and also stops giving them out late at night/early mornings so that they can positively influence OSAT scores by only getting samples from peak, fully staffed time periods to increase their score. That same organization reportedly cheats in other ways too. But they are the darlings of the Field Office. Good Grief.
