The First "aggressive change" should be to replace (fire) Don Thompson ,and to fire the majority of the upper management team that has no QSR experience. McD will continue its slide until the shareholders FINALLY revolt. Right now, Oak Brook is blaming "the operators" for all of our troubles.

Thompson was VERY aggressive in cashing in his stock options earlier this year, just before the stock tanked by 10%.
