Looks like its time to ressurrect the old MOOA, the McDonalds Owner/ Operator UNION.

Yeah, but let's not use the word "union". By the way, it was MOA, McDonald's Operator Assoc. While some do, these days you're just asking for trouble using the brand name in an association. The Burger King guys call theirs the National Franchisee Association, etc. etc.

The franchise owners should form an association, whatever it is named, and have it join the Coalition of Franchisee Associations. Most of the CFA member associations have all been through and successfully navigated these kind of tough times with their franchisors and can be helpful

Over the last 20 yrs I have not seen a rebuild cost less than 1,3. In the rural south.
