Blame the LEMMINGS at OPNAD and NFLA for this! These guys rubber stamp everything out of Chicago. Do these operators ever look at a P&L?? Food Cost?? Promo cost?? And where does the NOA stand on this rampant, unprofitable (except for corp), out of control discounting?? Our Equity gets smaller every year. We are being reduced to subservient employees, not Owners, and definitely not "Partners"!
