Well, when the Board of Directors IS the CEO, I guess that all that he needs to do is look in the mirror to determine whether whatever he did was ethical.

This guy has elevated himself to supreme leader with nobody to report to except for himself. Of course with his clearly altruistic and balanced character the company is in more than capable hands.

I wonder how many McKinsey MBA's go with him to board meetings so he knows what to say/do?

As chair and CEO, he has no adult supervision, and now no one at the board or management level knows anything about MCD or MCD customers.

What a JOKE. Totally incompetent, no operational experience, hates operators (" operators are like Uber drivers-easily replaceable"), has destroyed our history and legacy, is totally unfit to be in any mcd leadership position. And now he is CEO and Chairman. What could go wrong???

The comparison to Greenberg is right on. Get ready for $13 a share McD stock!
