No one loves a warrior, until the enemies at the gate.

The ability of Marketing is lost to simple advertisers. Discounting to grow top line sales, regardless of profitabilty has bever made sense.

And you dont hear Operators discussing food cost numbers and breakevens of such events. Financial skills are no longer taught. Just like systems training and other essential courses.

No any corporate expectation to be knowledgeable. Hence, a royalty verses service fee.
