I can’t wait until the Field Summit meetings and being told why we are losing breakfast share. Maybe because the competition is getting McD experienced people and giving customers what they want, not what we think they want.

Maybe these leaders are leaving MCD because Dunkin slashed a huge portion of its menu items that weren't moving while we are adding a bunch of stuff that doesn't sell, with more to come. Don't worr, it not only slows us down, it also raises rent and fees for the few items per day that sell.dont worry. MCD will tell you that it's only you that is having a problem. These crap items are selling like hot ales everywhere else ( begging the question why we have to discount them?)

Maybe they are leaving to Dunkin because Dunkin doesn't compete against its own franchisees in every grocery, C Store and big box store and online while making its franchisees invest est in new equipment and capping MCD operators ability to raise price over $1 or $2. They see the handwriting on the wall.
