Don't Miss This Operator Comment

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "McCashin In - Chicago Style":

Your gonna see board members bailing faster than a Crispy Crème Donut at a Weightwatchers meeting...

Remember. even the Costa Concordia was righted by the proper salvage company.

No one knows the MCD system better than its franchisee's.. as there is no one left in McDonaldLand with knowledge. The entire MCD Field Service in most areas has been vacated to BC's with two weeks HU training, a clipboard and a timing device.

Remember a Corporate structure with no history, is a Corporate Structure with no loyalty - even unto itself. They must now live with the monstrosity they created.

Easterbrook must move Chris K. out and quickly. Somebody with MCD knowledge needs to come in and settle things down for a year or so and rebuild relationships. Chris K. has become a lightning rod and needs to go. If Easterbrook won't do it then easterbrook needs to go. There are still good people out there that could right the ship.

Keep in mind that Easterbrook did not inherit C.K. - he hired him and put him on the fast track. 100% of the blame goes to the CEO.

Absolutely true. Chris K. has neutralized nearly all the positives Easterbrook accomplished.

Massive ownership shift to franchisees.

A new franchisee leadership structure outside the corporate stranglehold.

What will be the final straw?

#hostiletakeover. Words any board fears.

I don't think there many players who could do a hostile takeover on a company with a market cap of $135 billion.

Anyone who believes Chris K is not doing exactly what Easterbrook wants him to is delusional.

Classic strategy move- Top man gets hatchet man to do his bidding (dirty work) while he stays above the fray.

Want to stop MCD tyranny?
