I think McDonalds wanted the NOA. They wanted us to finally take control of our business. We all have complained about the NLC for a while, but now we are doing something about it. I have never seen communication about elections like this one. I never knew how those people were elected. We got a little complacent and McDonalds took control and forced us into BBV2020. Now we are trying to take control back. We need Mark to lead the new group. It’s our only path to making sure we take what we worked so hard for.
I think BBV2020’s only success will be the fact that we came together to take control of our brand. The NOA provided us the platform to get our strength and courage to fight for OUR business. I think for a while we felt we couldn’t. Now we can.

Wishful thinking - let's not start any rumors - many people will have to go under the bus to pay for his mismanagement until that happens.
