Customers are going to “sit down” restaurants. It started with curbside now with Uber delivery, DoorDash, etc, the convenience is there for the customer. And now the chain places are getting into value (Chili’s 3 for $10). But no one is looking at that. “QSR” is different now. Unfortunately. And putting in kiosk aren’t going to help. We need kitchen help to expedite service. And maybe a break in Service Fees to put more people on the floor. I don’t know about everyone else, but 4% to have someone grade me seems like a steep price. Especially since I am doing half the grading myself. I used to be an owner, but I guess since I am an “Operator” now so what do I know.
