Carpigiani has TERRIBLE service and parts availability. Taylor only slightly better.
Id rather just sell multiple ice cream novelties (Ice cream sandwiches, Nutty Buddies, Klondikes etc)and skip the $16,000 machine, and the thousands spent on cleaning, maintenance and repairs. McD spending MORE money WE DONT HAVE !!!! MODERN AND PROGRESSIVE

there is new prototype by Carpigiani. I hear it's sweet. Just hope they stock parts locally, not in Italy
