It only passed so high just like National Value Platform because of all the threatening phone calls from regional leadership...I personally received no less then 4 calls..including the QSC VP...30 yrs in and have never seen things so bad...
ADB was approved by 98%? Funny, that's the same percentage the Castro brothers get in Cuban elections.
