They must be ready for major remodels or rebuilds and there's just no equity left in the stores. Sounds so familiar, doesn't it??
I'm not an accountant and I know BK is different than us because of land purchase and so.But in McDonald terms 56,000 profit times 5 times cash flow get you the 283, 000 .Where am I wrong?Thanks
