Concannon & Miller has posted an article informing employers that they may
face a July 31st deadline to pay a new fee, known as the PCORI fee, required
under the Affordable Care Act. This fee is not part of The Employer Mandate
which has been delayed until 2015, and therefore the new requirement may
take some employers by surprise. And, while the fee could be small, there are
of course penalties for failing to comply.
