My understanding is that the exclusivity contract ended in March 2018. I've also heard that markets where Uber is not present are also now able to explore local delivery options as desired.
What good was such a short exclusivity contract? What kind of negotiating is that?.
As for markets without uber that's spelled out in the BBV2020 letter we had to sign. Cant imagine why an O/O would do that but its in the agreement.
