Not bad pay for a whopping +1.1% SSS increase in 2015. Very important to get your buddies on that compensation committee.

Any increases my stores got in 2015 were due to price increases and better Nov/Dec weather. Nobody in oak brook had anything to do with it.

When do the next round of layoffs begin???

We've never seen Wall Street or the media move so fast to give a McDonald's CEO huge accolades. Jim Skinner oversaw a "turnaround" at McDonald's but it wasn't until his third year as CEO that he was given much credit. The press declared this guy a success in his first 120 days based on pronouncements. Congrats to the Oak Brook spin machine.

He gets accolades because he is modern and progressive.

He will leave in a few years with this business just as messed up as when he came in, bloated menu, concepts that don't work, sandwiches that don't sell I never thought I would see the day when we sell 20 sandwiches a day (Taste Crafted Sandwiches) seen as a success. We'll have more menu items than a coffee shop trying to deliver through the drive-thru when we don't make service times it will be operators who have service and operations issues.

I realize I am speaking more about USA issues but globally the brand is suffering in many parts of the world the reason they are re-franchising so many sites to big conglomerates around the world.
