Only politicians are dumb enough to fall for this one. In a time of falling union membership the unions see this as a way of making union membership more attractive to businesses. Talk about lame. If companies with union membership can do this why not any company willing to discuss wages with their employees? Why would you need a union for this exception?

So let me see you would have lowered paid employees than min wage and they would be union workers can only imagine that work force .
