That's the beauty of franchising - no such information exists. Franchisees who fail don't want to talk about it publicly, and the franchise companies pretend it doesn't happen. Actual bankruptcies are rare since it makes more sense just to sell or walk away and absorb the personal liabilities. In bankruptcy, you have to let others make all the decisions, and it's a public process (Oh... so public). The franchise bankruptcies mentioned in the trade pubs are usually large organizations with hundreds of locations and millions in liabilities that no one can or will cover personally. .

Id love to see the figures on how many operators went bankrupt, or left the system due to lack of acceptable profit.
