Chick-fil-A's FDD is out.
Stand-alone locations average $9.2 million in sales a year, down 1.7%.
But mall location average-unit volumes were up 1.4% to $4.6 million.
Highest volume CFA now does > $20 million.
Company added 178 U.S. locations last year and now has 3,287 restaurants.

Meanwhile, McD (via Deloitte) is monitoring our prices and not allowing price increases over the market averages, REGARDLESS of the local conditions in Operator patches!
This is PRICE FIXING ! Where is the FTC???
You can not use a one size fits all approach. Corporate is deaf to us.
The FTC is in Washington, D.C., oblivious to what's going on in McDonald's.
... On a slightly different topic. The new acting attorney general of the USA just held a press conference. I wasn't taking notes, but he said something to the effect of, "If you find fraud in Medicare, let us know."
The FTC isn't reading all the McDonald's memos or keeping an eye on the NFLA. They don't attend BU meetings and won't be at the WWC.
It's up to citizens and businesses to inform the government of possible wrongdoing.

Since the NFLA wont report this, the NOA should take the lead and report to the FTC the corporate over reach, and price fixing!
The NOA started out telling prospective members that they weren't forming to launch a lawsuit. Of course, a few years later, they retained Robert Zarco. Maybe the leadership feels that challenging an issue through the FTC is too much like a lawsuit?
