McD Operators are too timid to challenge Corp. Operators are feckless Lemmings, and Corp knows it.

I do not feel that is really the issue it is time and money, which most franchisees do want to put out the money even if they have case; which I would love to have. The bigger issue is every time one does any type of partnering with McD's, or rent relief, etc., you sign a conditional release on everything previous to that day. So you would be hard pressed to be able to bring a lawsuit for anything prior to signing that and prevail in anyway. Most franchisees find it more profitable to just sell out. All IMO
