MCD Board of Directors responds
WHY can Carl Ichan nominate TWO Directors to the MCD BOD yet McDonalds Owners were REFUSED the opportunity to nominate anyone, even though we operate 95% of the stores?????WHERE IS OPERATOR LEADERSHIP???(crickets)
Ichan only owns 200 shares of McD stock. I own much more stock than that. How can I nominate an Operator for Board Director!!!???
