The 2020 Plan is not a bad plan. However, the way McDonald’s is going about is not
going to bind the corporation together with the franchisees. I have very little confidence
in OPNAD being able to deliver, which means I will have to spend more than I do now
for the same customers. Until we find a way for our customers to trust us we will continue
to struggle as a brand.

Will be have anything left, but memories, when we retire?

They are forcing out the smaller O/O with less than 7 stores, and of course, those that don't agree with everything McD is doing, AND, how quick they are pushing their agenda. Some O/O's love it, some don't .

Vision 2020/Experience of the Future concentrates on physical plant improvements,
discounting, and dependence on technology to a greater degree. Not much in the plan puts
an emphasis on accountability or improved operations. Customer and employee interaction
should be the priority.
