Hamburger Intelligence From Analyst David Palmer

David says McDonald's prices for premium products "are perhaps too high" as
compared to Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out (page 4). He ignores the fact that those chains 
don't have a value menu that distorts their pricing structure.
