This is, of course, those nasty operators that made it happen. NOT the mindless discount machine that corporate is. NOT the lack of real marketing. NOT the lack of innovation. NOT the phony tech that doesn't work but costs an arm and a leg. NOT the needless dozens of things distracting our managers and crew so that a corporate flack can check some boxes instead of running a restaurant
