. Commodity increases along with construction project upgrades are draining whatever cash flow we might bring in. The Dollar Menu has limited our ability to cover these costs by
raising rest of menu prices. This has created a huge gap between high- and low-end, driving more
consumers down to supposed Extra Value Menu items which have no useful upside profit potential.

Lets extend our hours while virtually everyone in the Region/ Divison/ National takes the time off. Perhaps they should all work the holidays as well and set a tone that walks the talk for a change.

Wish there was as much emphasis on operator cash-flow as there is on boosting top-line sales for the corp's sake.

All the money we pay the marketing geniuses in oak brook all they can come up with is different ways to give away food.
