Fact-checking 'The Founder'

Fact-checking 'The Founder' with Donald Lubin - Crain's

Don Lubin went from being Ray Kroc's personal attorney to one of the early
board members of McDonald's Corporation. He was on the BOD for 40 years, 
retiring in 2007.

McDonald's veterans will remember a period in the 1990s when McDonald's 
gained the reputation of being a litigious company that would sue anyone for
anything, not just franchisees.

Of course, most of this legal work went to Lubin's law Chicago firm. The 1990s
were very lucrative years for Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal.
