Sage Advice From the Good Old Days at McDonald's

Tom Feltenstein was a senior level marketing guy at McDonald's is the 1970s. 
These days he runs works as a marketing consultant and today he posted
the following on his Facebook page:

"No matter how hard you try you can’t please everyone. Yet businesses can 
get caught up in wanting to offer something for everyone and this can lead to 
less profit rather than more."
