I know these two teams are not going to compete directly - if I was going to bet on a concept I'd go with Rensi and Dentice since they've actually worked in the restaurant industry.The other two were just corporate bureaucrats with no real in-kitchen experience. You can't launch a chain on just spin, it takes real work.
