This always happens when the focus is more on ordering and paying over kitchen production. Went through a Chick-fil-A recently They had a person about ten cars back taking orders and taking payment with Square. But it was taking the same amount of time to hand the food out the window. Overall service time was acceptable but would have been the same without the accelerated order and pay.

McDonalds has this problem now without mobile ordering. Can you imagine what it will look like with it. Our Kitchens have got to become faster and more efficient by October. LOL And I do not think that will happen.
