No way McD does this, the Real Estate portfolio is the golden goose, a cash cow.If it did happen, how could McD FORCE operators to rebuild an asset that McD did not own?? Its LEVERAGE would be gone.Expect a HUGE fight over this.
Or is it, why then is McDonalds allowing Developers to sell the NNN value of their properties. Why would they with their corporate guarantees allow that type of value to be given to another person. My assumption is that they are not as confident of the economics of the deals they are structuring. Not sure yet trying to understand this.
