Let this be a Digital Lesson
Don't mess with your customer's computers, send them attached files,
or think some computer geek at one of your ad agencies knows how to
put together a promotion.
Here's the story.

Donate Your Equity to S.C.C.
We've expressed the opinion that the new rebuild policy adapted by
Oak Brook and the NLC is going to destroy at least one-half of all
Owner/Operator Equity in the United States.
While you are being bullied into rebuilding perfectly good restaurant
buildings Owner/Operators should be aware that you will be forced to
sign a letter accepting all liability for any expenses borne by
McDonald's in investigating to possibility of a rebuild, up to
$25,000.00. You'll be liable whether the rebuild moves forward
or not.
While similar commitment letters have been used before the use of
such an agreement in this program is a display of avarice new even
to McDonald's Corporation. The arrogance of forcing Owner/Operators
to bear the cost of improving the real estate assets of McDonald's
and System Capital Corp. is stunning.
As an Operator stated when posting on the OPNAD topic:
"Corp decides, WE pay".
